VISION

The Student Activity Cell aims at revitalizing the entire cultural setup in our prestigious institution by bringing all activities, from both technical to extra-curricular, under one regulatory body.
The Student Activity Cell offers excellent opportunities, covering a very wide range, to its students to participate in recreational and creative activities. Students interested in drama and music can join the Dramatics Club or Music Club. Students who wish to pursue hobbies can find creative expression for their interests by participation in Photography Society, Fine Arts Society, etc. Opportunities for literacy expression are offered by Debating & Literacy Club and Quizzing Club. The Film Series Committee organizes regular shows of feature films on topics of student's interests.
By participation in such activities, the students can develop their ability to organize activities and to lead an integrated life. They develop skills for effective oral and written communication.

OBJECTIVE

The objectives for the current Academic Year (2010-11) so as to facilitate its vision, are as follows:

To encourage establishment of more clubs thereby covering all aspect of technology as well as extra-curricular.
To encourage the students of the university to participate in the proceedings of these clubs depending upon their preferences.

Unlike other societies and fest councils, we strive to carry out seminars and other interactive proceedings throughout the semester instead of just a month prior to any event.
To become self-sufficient on financial terms, in order to meet the expenses incurred during the proceedings like projector repair, other item maintenance, etc.
