The Two-Year programme is designed in four semesters using participative pedagogy with an equal emphasis on conceptual knowledge and application of such knowledge in an industrial context. The classes are conducted on Saturdays and Sundays. For some subjects, classes may be conducted during week days also in an online mode. Classes are taken by committed faculty members who have worked hard for their achievements in teaching, research, and consultancy. The value addition is also done by experienced faculty from industry and academia which enriches the curriculum.

The Programme also focuses on inculcating effective managerial leadership. The MBA (Executive) graduates have choice of both functional specialisation and technical specialisations.
• Functional Specialisations: Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management.
• Technical Specialisations: Supply Chain Management, Information Technology Management, Knowledge and Technological Management.

Eligibility and Admission Procedure

Educational Qualification
Graduation or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (10% relaxation in marks will be given to SC/ST/PwD).
The student should hold a degree from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India, or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Experience
-Minimum 3 years work experience after four years degree (B.E., B Tech., B.Arch. etc.) .
-Minimum 4 years work experience after three years degree (B.A, B.Sc., B.Com, BCA, etc.).

Note:
1) Working Executives are required to produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of joining the programme.
2) The last date of application shall be treated as the cut-off date in determining the experience of the candidate.

Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of one or more of the following:
Work Experience, Academic Performance and Personal Interview.

In case of a tie in the final merit list, the following criteria shall be used:
1. The candidates with higher marks in graduation shall be ranked higher.
2. In case of a tie in graduation marks, the candidate with greater work experience shall be ranked higher.
