Started his professional career by joining Govt. Service with Central Electricity Authority New Delhi in the year 1970

In the Year 1974 joined as Asstt. Manager in Ordnance Factories organization under Ordnance Factory Board, Ministry of Defence (Dep’t. Of Defence Production) Govt. of India

he have specialized in the field of Production Engg.in mechanical industry particularly Transport Vehicles for Army & Small Arms for Armed Forces & Para Military Forces & Civil use.

Under his leadership,rifle factory of ishapore won the award for best Quality Systems in Ordnance factories
