It is with great pride and a deep sense of responsibility that I extend this message on behalf of the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME), Delhi Technological University. Established in 2017 at the East Delhi Campus, USME has emerged as a pivotal academic unit dedicated to advancing excellence in management education and entrepreneurship development.

USME was conceptualised to meet the growing national demand for dynamic business leaders and entrepreneurs capable of addressing complex global challenges while contributing meaningfully to national development. In alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, our school embraces multidisciplinary education, academic flexibility, and a learner-centric approach, thereby creating an environment conducive to holistic development, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

Our academic programs in Management, Economics, Innovation Entrepreneurship & Venture Development are designed to nurture well-rounded professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values required in the 21st-century economy. We place particular emphasis on emerging areas such as business analytics, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial leadership, ensuring relevance in an evolving global landscape.

Our faculty comprises accomplished scholars and practitioners from leading institutions such as the IIMs, IITs, FMS, and Delhi School of Economics, bringing to the classroom a rare blend of academic depth and real-world insight. The vibrant student community at USME drives numerous initiatives, ranging from student-led clubs to research projects, entrepreneurship ventures, and outreach programs; further enriching the academic experience.

We are also focused on strengthening institutional infrastructure, research capabilities, and digital resources to support the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and innovation. Our efforts are supported by a state-of-the-art academic block, computer labs, seminar facilities, and a modern library and information centre. As we look ahead, USME will continue to serve as a catalyst for developing visionary leaders and ethical entrepreneurs committed to public service, social impact, and sustainable growth.
