THE BUISINESS PLAN PRESENTATION
Business is not governed by the mere instincts of some people who wish to do business but involves strategic planning, foresightedness, enthusiasm, a strong will and determination. It is about confronting problems and to overcome them with your wit and strategies. You should be well informed about your field of business and about the new inventions in that venture.
So come on all you people, come forward and show the world that we are not too young to become great entrepreneurs and Radical provides you the apt platform to showcase your skills in front of the experts of this field.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
ROUND 1
The number of team members must not exceed 4.
An executive summary should be prepared by the team to give a brief idea of the plan and how you plan to go about it.
The summary must not exceed 1500 words.
The summary should be mailed to radical.tatva11@gmail.com with the subject as ‘Business plan’.
The last time to mail the idea is 18 February 2011, 17:00 hrs.
The idea should be original and the data, if used from other sources must be referenced.
10 teams would be selected for Round 2.
Teams which qualify for Round 2 will be notified through SMS or e-mail by the 20th of February. So, please keep you powerpoint presentation ready
ROUND 2
The Team should prepare a power-point presentation with slides for:
• Introduction of plan
• Market analysis
• Product
• Feasibility
• Management organization
• Operation plan
• Risks
• Finances involved
15 minutes will be provided to the team to explain their ideas to the judges and opponents. Marks will be deducted for exceeding the time limit.
An interjection round of 2 minutes will follow. No cross-questioning would be allowed.
The teams would be judged on the basis of originality, feasibility, presentation, applicability and financial gains.
