PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

 

www.NaukriKaJugaad.com is a startup by DCE students which aims to equip the students with the required skills to crack the selection process of their Dream Companies. The whole process would be of two days duration of eight hours each and would consist of the following sections:

  • GD preparation tips and model GD’s involving intense student interaction, time 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Case Studies of different types eg Strategic, Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions etc. This would involve a brief discussion on various marketing concepts like 4 P and 4 C models, BCG analysis, Marketing Mix, Pricing techniques, Game theory and so on along with practical examples to support each case, time 1.5 hours.
  • Brainstorming sessions involving Guesstimates and Puzzles which are typically asked during interviews for both tech and non tech companies, time 1 hour.
  • SoP writing, required for major companies and also for serious GRE aspirants, time 30 minutes.
  • CV/Resume, building and formatting, which is the most essential means of non verbal communication the interviewer and student (for tech and non tech companies), time 40 minutes.
  • A brief overview of over 200 companies, which come for placements at undergraduate level both on-campus and off-campus, the profiles being offered by these companies, along with their entire selection process and rounds which take place, time 2 hours.
  • Discussion of a set of all interview questions from our database of over 1000 questions, asked during the interview of technical companies of all branches along with the set of fixed HR questions asked during every interview, time 1 hour.

The approximate duration of first day would be around 8 hours. The second day would consist of organizing multiple GDs, mock interviews, case studies and answering any kind of queries for a period of around 8 hours. The whole workshop would cost Rs 300 per student which would involve all cost of study material provided by us. Rs 100 would be charged extra if any student wants his/her CV made entirely by our team. Certificates would be given to all participants.
