1. Case Study Approach: All the faculty members have incorporated a case study approach in their teaching pedagogy. This helps in linking theoretical concepts with real-world problems and helps students in developing their analytical skills.
2. Innovative Projects/Assignments: Faculty members have incorporated innovative project assignments within the course in the form of simulations, real-time business problems and challenges, etc. This helps in stimulating classroom discussion and promotes innovative learning.

Beside fostering innovative teaching and learning, it also helps in maintaining 24X7 discussion with students, helps in improving their communication skills and provides a forum for discussion.
8. Industry-Academia Engagement in Course Teaching: The department invites experts from different industries to deliver lectures/talks on course related matters. This helps students in understanding the current practices and challenges in industry and helps them in better connecting their classroom learning with industry practices.
9. Student Mentoring: Student mentoring is given utmost priority at the department via various projects, assignments etc. For this purpose, students are divided into small groups and each group is guided by a mentor throughout. Mentors deliver their guidance on various research projects, helping them in transmitting their knowledge and skills which finally leads to the overall development of students.
The modules of the course are designed so as to incorporate basic concepts in the initial learning phase, followed by practical application to the contemporary business situations.
