AURORA, this year, will also include various workshops, conducted by professionals, to provide hands-on experience to the participants, in the field of Robotics and Wireless communications, and also a combination of the two, in the form of wireless robotics.

Transmitter Hunting (known as T-Hunting, Fox Hunting, Radio Direction Finding) is a popular activity among Amateur Radio operators where a transmitter is actually hidden somewhere and "hunted down" (found) using radio direction finding techniques! In the workshop that we're conducting, it is this very technique that you'll be able to learn, among several others, and then employ in the foxhunting event, that we've set up for our techfest.
