Perspective authors are requested to submit full length paper no longer than six (6) pages through CMT link https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IIPIC2016 in IEEE format (US letter, DOC file) available at IEEE Website.Papers should be submitted in English only. If there is more than one author, each author must have CMT login account.
