Dr. Vikas Gupta

Dr. Vikas Gupta is a Gold Medalist (MBA) with more than 25 years of professional and academic experience. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Delhi School of Management, Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering), New Delhi. He holds a Ph.D. in the domain of Knowledge Management and Innovation. Dr. Gupta has authored several research papers and articles published in reputed Scopus, SCI, SSCI, and ABDC listed journals. In addition, he has contributed to books and book chapters at both national and international levels. His research interests span knowledge management, innovation, and corporate social responsibility, with a particular focus on understanding the various dimensions of knowledge processes and organizational learning.
He has been honored with the Best Faculty Award in the area of Management, recognizing his excellence in teaching and research. Dr. Gupta has also been actively associated with numerous consultancy projects, providing strategic guidance and knowledge-based solutions to industry partners. Furthermore, he mentors doctoral and postgraduate students and contributes significantly to curriculum development aimed at enhancing academic rigor and industry relevance.
In addition to his academic responsibilities, Dr. Gupta holds key administrative roles at Delhi Technological University. He serves as the Associate Dean (Outreach and Extension Activities) and as the Associate Director of the Centre of Excellence for the Science of Happiness at DTU. Through these roles, he actively promotes community engagement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and initiatives that support holistic well-being and societal impact.
Dr. Gupta regularly participates in national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars, fostering collaborations between academia and industry. His work continues to contribute significantly to advancing research in knowledge management and innovation-driven practices.
