PROFILE
Dr. Shivani Yadav is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME), Delhi Technological University (DTU). She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from Ambedkar University Delhi, where her research examined health inequities in India through a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative analysis with behavioural insights. Her teaching and research specializations include Public Health, Identity Economics, Development Economics, and Applied Econometrics. A recipient of the UGC Junior and Senior Research Fellowships, Dr. Yadav’s research explores the intersections of development and social inequality. Her work has been published in Economic and Political Weekly and Contemporary Voice of Dalits (SAGE), and she has contributed to policy-oriented research through an ICSSR-funded project on health expenditure and poverty.
