PROFILE

Dr. Sakshi Kukreja is an Assistant Professor at University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME), Delhi Technological University, in the discipline of Management. She holds a PhD in Management from Delhi School of Management, Delhi Technological University. Her doctoral work investigated the M&A performance puzzle syndrome over the sample of emerging and developed markets. She qualified the UGC-NET in the year 2017 and has been a recipient of both the Junior and Senior Research Fellowships awarded by the UGC.

She has taught a spectrum of subjects, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Derivatives, Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Analysis of Financial Statements and Fundamentals of Management to both MBA and undergrad students. She has published research papers in international journals of repute, such as the International Journal of Emerging Markets and Review of Internal Business and Strategy, with indexing in SSCI, ABDC, Scopus, and Web of Science. She has also presented research papers at various international conferences. Her areas of interest include mergers and acquisitions, firm performance, accounting and finance.
