Dr. Ritika Chopra

Ritika Chopra is working as an Assistant Professor at the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship, DTU, in the discipline of management. She holds a PhD in Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi. Dr. Chopra has earned her MBA in Finance from the University School of Management Studies, GGSIPU (2017), and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from HMR Institute of Technology and Management (2014). She qualified the CBSE-NET in Management in 2018. Her strong academic foundation is reflected in her multidisciplinary teaching portfolio, covering a broad spectrum of courses including Financial Management, Wealth Management, Income Tax, Derivatives, Investment Banking, Business Mathematics, Organizational Behavior, and International Financial Management, among others. Dr. Chopra has published over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles, many of which appear in high-impact, ABDC- and SSCI-indexed journals such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Environmental Management, Journal of Small Business Management, Psychology and Marketing, and Renewable Energy. Her research work spans topics like digitalisation, climate finance, AI governance, green branding, and tourism resilience. She has presented over 12 research papers at reputed conferences organized by IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, British Academy of Management (UK), ANZAM (New Zealand), and the Canadian Economics Association. In addition to research and teaching, Dr. Chopra is an active peer reviewer, having conducted over 40 reviews for leading journals including the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Corporate Governance, Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management, and Academy of Management proceedings.
