PROFILE
My research employs a multidisciplinary approach that combines nanotechnology, biotechnology, materials chemistry, biomaterials, and microfabrication techniques to develop biomimetic smart scaffolds for applications in regenerative medicine. Apart from my principle research, I have worked on the development of biomimetic microfluidic devices for application in cell behavioural studies and nanotoxicological studies. I have been involved in several projects that include developing skin-on-a-chip and biochip. My research interests focus on structural and functional responses of cells toward the biomimetic microenvironment.
