Dr Pawan Singh Mehra

Dr PAWAN SINGH MEHRA (Senior Member, IEEE) is a Faculty member in the Department of CSE at Delhi Technological University, New Delhi. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and M.Tech (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. He is among the Top 2% of scientists in the world, as listed by Scopus. Dr. Pawan received a research grant of Rs 3 Cr from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to conduct research in Cyber Security and AI.  He has approx. 15 years of Teaching and Research Experience. He has qualified for UGC-NET and GATE multiple times. He has authored more than 80 publications in International journals and conferences indexed in SCIE, Scopus, ESCI, and Web of Science. Currently, his H-index is more than 22, and his i-10 index is more than 37, with more than 1800 citations. He is an active reviewer in International Journals indexed in IEEE/ACM Transactions, SCIE & Scopus. He has been awarded the Research Excellence Award in 2022, 2023 and 2024.  He is a senior member of IEEE and ACM, a fellow member of IETE, and a life member of CSI and ISTE. He has two Granted Patents in his profile in Quantum Computing. He has published two books on the Internet of Things and edited a book for GATE. His research interests include Quantum Computing and Cryptography, Blockchain, Cyber Security,Internet of Things,  and Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Security.
