Dr. Nitin Dixit

Dr. Nitin Dixit completed his M.Tech. in Manufacturing Technology and Automation from the YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad in 2015. He began his academic career as a faculty member at Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram. He has completed his Ph.D. in Production Engineering from IIT Roorkee in July 2022. Following his Ph.D., Dr. Dixit joined Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh as a faculty member in the Mechanical Engineering Department in August 2022. Thereafter, he joined to the Delhi Technological University, Delhi (Formerly DCE) in December 2025, where he currently holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department. His research interests include non-conventional machining processes, finishing processes, material characterization, additive manufacturing, LCA and sustainable manufacturing.
