PROFILE
Dr. Nidhi Maheshwari is a specialist in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and currently serves as an Associate Professor of Management at Delhi Technological University, New Delhi. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, along with an MBA, LLB, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science—bringing a rich multidisciplinary foundation to her scholarship in behavioural sciences.
With more than two and a half decades of academic, research, and professional experience, Dr. Maheshwari has emerged as a distinguished scholar in the field. She has authored over 35 research papers in ABDC-ranked (A, B, C) and SSCI-indexed journals, and has developed more than 30 internationally registered case studies. Her research spans spirituality, sustainable development, emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and leadership. Her contributions have been recognised through several prestigious awards, including the Premium Research Category Award at DTU and Best Paper distinctions at IIM Shillong and IIM Kozhikode.
Dr. Maheshwari’s industry engagement is extensive. As a consultant, executive coach, and leadership facilitator, she has designed and delivered over 40 management development programs for leading organisations such as ONGC, NTPC, GAIL, IOCL, NHPC, Power Grid, PNB, IFFCO, and Engineers India Limited. Her expertise in emotional intelligence, communication, conflict management, team dynamics, and leadership development has benefitted thousands of executives across diverse sectors.
Her academic leadership portfolio includes roles as Associate Head, Board of Studies Member, Research and Review Committee Member, Academic Coordinator, Program Director, Deputy Exam Superintendent, and Area Chair (OB & HR). She has supervised doctoral scholars, guided numerous postgraduate research projects, and contributed to national discourse through thought pieces in leading newspapers. Her early work as a broadcaster with All India Radio further reflects her commitment to public engagement.
