PROFILE
Dr. Moirangthem Biken Singh earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi, India, in 2024. He received his M.Tech. degree in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, India, in 2021, and his B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Manipur, India, in 2018. His research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), Mobile Computing, Fog Computing, AI/ML, and Federated Learning in Smart Healthcare. His work has been published in various international journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, Physical Communication, and the IEEE International Conference on Advanced Networks and Telecommunications Systems (ANTS). He has received several awards, including the Best Paper Award – 2nd Runner-Up at the 17th IEEE Conference on ANTS, the Best Paper Award at the MLBSS Workshop held in conjunction with the International Conference on Distributed Computing and Networking (ICDCN 2023), and a travel grant for attending ICDCN at IIT Kharagpur.
