PROFILE

Manjeet Kumar received the B.Tech degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India in 2008, and the M.Tech degree in Signal Processing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India, in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi affiliated to University of Delhi, India, in 2017. He served as Assistant Professor the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Bennett University, Greater Noida from June 2016 to July 2020. From July 2020, he has been working as Assistant Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi.  
He has authored 80 research articles and 52 conference papers/Book Chapters in reputed international journals (including IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Fransis and world scintific) and conferences. He has Published one authored book in springer, titled “High Performance and Power Efficient Electrocardiogram Detectors” and one edited bookin IOP, titled “Data Analytics for Intelligent Systems Techniques and solutions”. He has Two indian patent awarded and four indian paitent applied.  He also served as a reviewer in many International Journals including IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Fransis and world scintific. He has guided seven Ph.D. students in the areas of, signal processing, Biomedical Signal Processing and related research domains.
 He has served as Guest Editor in Special Issue “Artificial Intelligence-Based Techniques for Diagnosis of Cardiovascular Arrhythmia Diseases” in Diagnostics, Journal of MDPI.  
His research interests include Signal processing, Biomedical signal processing, Image processing, Fractional systems, Optimization algorithms, Nature-inspired algorithms, Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, Signal analysis using Wavelet Transform, Wavelet filter banks, Adaptive filtering, Linear and nonlinear system identification, Healthcare assistive techniques, and Low-power biomedical circuit design, ECG detection, ECG Classification, PPG Signal Analysis, Heart rate estimation and Blood pressure estimation, Non-Stationary signal analysis, IoMT and Analog circuit design. He has been awarded with “Premier Research award” in 2022 and “Commendable Research Award” in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 by Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India. He has been awarded with “Yearly Citation Award: Early Research Impact and Influence Award” for annual Year-2023, 2024 from Delhi Technological University, Delhi. He has been awarded with “Cumulative Citation Award (Silver)” during Year-2024 from Delhi Technological University, Delhi.
His total citations are 2810 with h-index 29 and i-10-index 63. Included in the prestigious list of the World’s Top Scientists prepared by Stanford University. Ranked 886 in Networking and Telecommunication field in the list of Top 2% Scientists in the world ranking 2021 which is released by Stanford University USA. Included in the prestigious list of the World’s Top Scientists prepared by Stanford University.
