PROFILE
Dr. Maansi Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the discipline of Management at the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME), Delhi Technological University, Delhi. She received her Ph.D. in Operations Research from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Her doctoral thesis focussed on measuring and improving the performance of the Indian judicial system for better delivery of judicial services through evidence-based decision-making models.
She did her bachelor’s in technology in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Delhi (now known as IGDTUW). This was followed by post-graduation with dual specialization in Operations and Finance from FORE School of Management Delhi.
She qualified UGC-NET in Management in 2015. She has published research papers in reputed international peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journal of Policy Modeling, Annals of Operations Research and Socio-Economic Planning Sciences, indexed in SSCI, ABDC, and Scopus.
