PROFILE

Dr. Divya Mishra is an Assistant Professor at USME, DTU in the discipline of Management. She has previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIPU. She earned her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from University School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Delhi Technological University in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. She has taught subjects in the domains of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Training and Development, and Business Analytics. She has published various research papers in the international journals of repute such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, and International Journal of Organizational Analysis, among others. She has also authored a book and several book chapters with publishers like Taylor & Francis and Emerald Publishing. Additionally, her 11 case studies have been published by SAGE Business Cases Originals, covering prominent organizations and contemporary issues. She has presented papers at national and international conferences, including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Indore. She has been recognized with the Best Reviewer Award by the Academy of Management (AOM) and serves as a reviewer for journals such as California Management Review and Springer Nature. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Technological Innovation, Good Governance, Crowdsourcing, Open Innovation, and Digital Transformation.
