PROFILE

Dr. Ankita Matta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Delhi Technological University (DTU) since 2016. She holds a PhD from DTU, an M.Tech in Process Control from NSIT (Delhi University), and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia.

Her research work spans power quality, advanced phase-locked loop techniques, renewable energy systems, electric vehicles, and AI-based intelligent controllers for grid-connected PV systems. She has published 30+ peer-reviewed papers in high-impact SCI journals and international conferences. Her work demonstrates strong research impact with an h-index of 6 and i10-index of 4.

She is currently guiding two PhD scholars and has supervised nine M.Tech dissertations. Dr. Matta is actively involved in IEEE activities and recently organised IEEE ICPEICES 2024 at DTU.
