Research Guidance Seven Doctoral students have been awarded Ph.D. degree and under her guidance in the areas of Human Resource and knowledge Management, Performance Management, HR and Logistics, Generation Y and their life priorities, emotional Intelligence, Neurodiverse workforce. Furthermore, six research students are currently pursuing Ph.D. under her supervision in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Higher Education Learning and Effectiveness of Online Platforms, HR Analytics and Human-Bot interactions for HR interventions.
