WORK EXPERIENCE

From June 1982 to July 1982, worked in P.W.D. (I.B.), Haryana Govt. He supervised cleaning of canal branch from SYL Canal passing through Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.

From NOV 1982 to July 1983, He worked in Block Development Office at Shahabad Markanda, District Kurukshetra.

From Nov 1983 to Nov 1995, worked in C.P.W.D. / P.W.D., New Delhi on Planning, design, construction and execution of Civil Engg. Construction works.

Thereafter, he taught as Lecturer at Aryabhat Polytechnic from Nov. 1995 to Nov 1996 and from Nov 1996 to Feb 1997 at Ambedkar Polytechnic, both under Department of Training and Technical Education, Delhi.

In DCE/DTU, Since, FEB1997, he had been/is involved in  Consultancy, Research and Teaching w.r.t. ME / M.Tech / B.E./ B.Tech.,  Has wide experience in the interdisciplinary areas of Construction technology and Management and Contract documents, Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering, Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering, Building Construction, Estimating, Costing and Works Procedure and Civil Engineering Drawing etc. Since Nov 2008, he is Associate Professor having area of keen interest in International IPR Law w.r.t. International PCT’s and International Patents under International Phase. Presently, he is writng a book on International Law on Patents.

NO INTERNATIONAL PCT HAS EVER BEEN FILED AND  PUBLISHED BY ANY INDIAN UNIVERSITY IN THE FIELD OF CIVIL ENGINEERING FROM INDIA AND ANY OTHER SAARC COUNTRY.
