• Synthesis of nanowires of SnO₂, ZnO and other metal oxides using physical vapour depositions (PVD), chemical vapour deposition (CVD) and Hydrothermal techniques.
• Synthesis of nanoparticles of composite metal oxides i.e. Cadmium Tin Oxide (CTO) and Zinc Tin Oxide (ZTO) using chemical method.
