Looked after Trump Prepaid Recharge cards, E-top Up Solution of MTNL Delhi alongwith Evening shift of GSM Call Centre.

Tasks assigned / Achievements:
1. Healthy and continuous availability of Trump Prepaid Recharge coupons. / After taking up the responsibility since Jan., 09, have achieved a record 7 month shortage free stretch.
2. Launch of new Recharge coupons of various denominations and Services within short period of Time. / Launched 6 types of 3G Coupons, 3 types of Tariff vouchers. Also managed to change the card profile to 1X4 and lower the expenditure and increase revenue. Launched 1X4, 1X5 type cards and 1X50 sheet type cards for MTNL Delhi, GSM Unit. Designed totally new artworks for 3G with good visual appeal and refreshingly different from earlier stereotypes. Managed to launch and make available new coupons in 4 days flat, thrice.
3. Creation and maintenance of E-top up retailers/sales agent etc., / Managed to add 5000 retailers in last 5 months.
4. Speedy solution to customer, retailer and distributor problems related to recharge coupons and E-top up.
5. Handling of other Prepaid related complaints efficiently.
6. Handling evening shift of Call centre. / Handled the peak evening period, managed to maintain the infrastructure and handled breakdowns of links. Also managed to reduce the complaints successfully. Improved the infrastructure with team effort.
Previously worked in B&CCS of 400 K CDMA (Wireless Technology) Project of MTNL Delhi. Also handled the Inventory Management – loading of inventory data in server, distribution to area’s and franchisee’s- of CDMA Stores, Troubleshooting Customer Complaints, liasioning with Franchisee’s and handling Front-end problems and installation at various sites. Handled Programming and PRL issues of various HHT’s and FWT’s.

Also handled P&T Audit, SOX Audit, Internal Audit by Haribhakti & Co.

ACHIEVEMENTS Following laboratories were set up

1. A unique 30-computer Electrical CAD Lab with MATLAB & Pspice was set up. First lab of its kind in private colleges in U.P.
