Dr. Aakanksha Kaushik, formerly with the University of Delhi, brings over 10 years of teaching experience to her role as Assistant Professor of Economics at Delhi Technological University (DTU), East Campus. She holds a B.A. (Hons) Economics from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, University of Delhi; a Master's in Financial Economics from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics; an M.Phil. in Economics from the Centre for Economic Studies and Planning (CESP), Jawaharlal Nehru University; and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics at CESP, JNU. She has also qualified for the UGC-NET with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Economics. 

Dr. Kaushik has published in reputable international economic journals and has contributed articles to leading newspapers, magazines, and edited book volumes. Dr. Kaushik led a major study as Project Director, sponsored by the Election Commission of India, for the KAP Endline Survey for the Delhi Assembly Elections, and has multiple upcoming research projects. 

At DTU, she serves as the IQAC Coordinator and BA (Hons) Economics Programme Coordinator, and has played a key role in designing the Economics curriculum.
