CSI-DCE organizes time to time workshops on different topics.Competitions are also held regularly to test the potential of the students.

In order to channelize the tremendous potential of the students, CSI-DCE student branch organizes PHOENIX- an annual technical fest comprising of a multitude of activities that cover the diverse aspects of computer and information technology.It is a series of events and activities that include LAN gaming, code breaking, Ad making, animation, web designing, quiz and several other informal events that give an altogether different dimension to the world of computing. It receives participation from all over India.
