The M.E. Program in Electronics & Communication specializes in Vl5ICAD
and Communications Systems. Department is also planning to start
Post Graduate Courses in (i) Vl51 & Embedded Systems (ii) Microwave &
Optical Communication. Project and Industrial Training is an integral part
of the curriculum and are carried out in frontal areas of technology. The
Department has following well developed laboratories:
Electronic Devices and Circuits Laboratory, Telecommunications
Laboratory, Microwave Laboratory, Optical Communication Laboratory,
linear Integrated Circuit & BiMOS Laboratory, Computation &
Instrumentation Laboratory, VLSI -CAD I Digital System Laboratory, PCB
Laboratory, Image Processing lab, Microwave CAD Laboratory. New
Laboratoryof 'Computer Vision' is underdevelopment for which a project
has been obtained from Naval Research Board.
