The Hostel accommodation is limited and will be allotted to full-time students only. Application for hostel seats should be
submitted in the prescribed form. No ex-student shall be allotted any hostel accommodation.
Boys Hostels (7) Seats
1. Bhaskaracharya Hostel 180

Girls Hostels (3) Seats

The allotment of accommodation to the boys and girls in the Hostel will be made on the following priority, subject to availability of seats in the hostels:
i. The first preference for Hostel Accommodation for the 1st semester B.Tech. student will be given to the out side Delhi Category. Those from out side of Delhi, but studied in Delhi will be given hostel accommodation at par with outside Delhi
students provided they produce certificate for their stay in hostels.
ii. Those within twenty (20) km radius will not be provided Hostel Accommodation and the others will get Hostel Accommodation as per the distance in between the University and their Residence, subject to availability of vacant seats in the Hostel.
iii. Hostel accommodation is not compulsory.
iv. During Summer Vacation, if a student has to stay in a Hostel,
he/she shall have to pay guest charges @ Rs. 1000/- per month.
v. On special occasions, if a student wants to stay in a hostel with some other students not exceeding 3 days, he/she shall have to pay guest charges Rs. 50/- per day.
NOTE :
1. The Hostel Fee can be paid by a DD in favour of 'Hostel Mess, Establishment Services& Maintenance fee A/c No. 10704860565', Hostel Fee A/c No. 10704860860.
2. Hostel rent is payable in advance at the beginning of the semester, “Rent” also includes furniture rent.
3. Mess Advance for two months adjustable when the student leaves the mess.
4. All the hostel residents are required to vacate their rooms within one week of the last examination each year. The rooms will be re-allocated at the beginning of the academic session.
5. Students who are required to stay in the Hostel beyond the first or second term, for genuine reason, under special circumstances will be allowed on payment of @ Rs. 1000/- per month (Rent plus elect/water charges).
6. At any time during the Program, a student may be required to pay additional deposits or fees to cover increased cost.
7. For all enquiries regarding Hostel accommodation, students should contact the Hostel office located in Transit hostel in the University.
