Instructions for selected / waitlisted candidates
1. The selected candidates are advised to bring original certificates and take admission slip from the coordinator (Bharat Bhushan EED) and deposit their fees during the period 16.06.2009 to 22.06.2009 on all working days between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
2. The candidates put in the wait listing should contact the coordinator (Bharat Bhushan EED) on 23.06.2009 either in person or over phone to ascertain whether there is any vacancy in the department and they are likely to be considered for admission in the branch.
3. Wait listing candidates may deposit their admission fees immediately after getting the admission slips from the department.
4. The candidates who fail to deposit their admission fees within the prescribed time, their admission would be cancelled and seat would be given to the candidates in the waiting list without any further notice.
5. The admission of the candidate will be confirmed only when they have paid the fees and submitted a copy of the receipt to the coordinator of the department.
