My research focus encompasses the exploration of metabolic enzymes, cellular pathways, and diet-dependent regulatory mechanisms of Helicobacter pylori infection. The overarching goal is to employ Biochemistry and Molecular Biology approaches and techniques to investigate the basis of Helicobacter pylori infection and its association with cancer development. The broader objective is to identify and characterize novel targets and inhibitors that may serve as potential therapeutic interventions.
